Services 2.1 We provide a one on one match consulting service and/or other social referral programs or services to Clients. Our match consultants will then perform regular match making for our clients using their expertise and experience drawing from the information the client has provided through on boarding and the evaluation. All criteria and preferences provided by Clients must be reasonable. We use the same formula we have learned to be successful and we try to include as many of the client preferences within reason. However we cannot guarantee all the clients preferences will be met. 2.2 For all membership levels apart from Passive membership the Client agrees to allow match consultants to use their expertise in proposing compatible matches and will agree to meet their match consultants’ recommendations. As long as the Client takes guidance from their match consultants concerning their profile and photos, and accepts the expertise from their match consultants on who to meet, we will make all the introductions they are contracted to make regardless of duration. This contract will cease once we have proposed all contracted date proposals allowing for an additional 50% of date proposals. For example, if the client has chosen a 6 date proposal package we will not propose more than 9 date proposals, allowing for the occasional rejection in exceptional circumstances if most of the criteria has been met. We reserve the right to end the membership on the membership expiry date even if the client has not met all their quota of dates if the Client has excessively rejected all or most of the proposed introductions. If the Client rejects any introduction with no valid reason and/or such rejection is too frequent, we shall be deemed to have performed and completed our duties and obligations set forth in this agreement. 2.3 We will provide high-level advice and tips during the term of this Agreement. Additional coaching and image consultation services are available on request at an additional cost. 2.4 We will provide the number of introductions as stipulated in the welcome email. In the event of any dispute arising from introduction of candidate, we will review the case internally and may choose to, but not be obliged to, extend the term of this Agreement at its sole discretion as a gesture of goodwill but under no circumstances will the paid Match Consulting Fees and/ or membership fees and/or other service fees be refunded.
2.5 The Client may contact the services team or match consultant by email to share a success or seek clarification on an issue. However unless the client has chosen a VIP level of membership we are unable to take calls. Matchmaking memberships include one call per month if required. Support is seen as a necessary part of the process. We will always advise a Client in advance if the nature of a Client’s contact is likely to incur an additional charge, such as coaching and no such charges will be imposed without the Client’s agreement. 2.6 The Client may place their account on hold for up to two months, three times in a six-month package and return anytime during that two months and still continue with the remaining introduction allowance. One month’s notice is required when a Client wishes to resume service before introductions restart. However, we will do its upmost to provide suitable candidates as soon as the Client resumes service. We retain the right to place the Client on hold if they do not receive a response to their communication on numerous occasions. We will inform the Client if they do this after making all attempts to contact them. 2.7 If we make every effort to make the introductions within the duration of the membership and, through no fault of our own, the Client has not met those we have introduced them to, then the membership may expire on the duration date. This is at the discretion of management. 'Difficult to match clients' may be allowed to have their membership extended on a passive level if we have been unable to secure all the contracted date proposals providing they have taken on board our guidance and advice in terms of information and photos within the profile. 2.7B We will not tolerate verbal abuse or bullying. Our staff will do their best to seek suitable matches from our extensive network, however we are not always able to meet ALL the clients specific requests or preferences and reality has to be respected. We reserve the right to terminate a membership from clients who persist in making our teams life miserable by constant complaining about the service or clients we present or introduce. If our team are adhering to our T&C's and doing everything we can we do not expect constant complaints due to the clients disappointment. 2.8 We reserve the right to have the final say when selecting information and photos to use on the clients profile. 2.9 We are not obliged to exceed proposing more than 50% (see clause 2.4) the amount of targeted introductions that your membership allows. We do our best to ensure you receive at least one date proposal per month but do not guarantee this. Occasionally if a suitable candidate cannot be found or chosen candidates are unavailable to meet we are within our terms to delay the date proposal for up to three months. The length of the membership will of course be extended to ensure the member receives all the date proposals the contract has agreed. If a client proves difficult to match and receives consistent rejections, we shall do our upmost to improve the quality of the profile and photo and advise the client of this. If we are unable to complete the agreed amount of date proposals during the membership or up to six months following the membership, we shall agree to extend the clients membership as a passive member, where we do not actively seek a match but remain alert for a suitable match and propose as and when a match has been identified who will not reject the client. If Clients wish to be guaranteed to receive regular monthly proposals they must purchase a membership package which allows them additional date proposals. 2.10 We only seek quality, equally invested people who are looking for a serious, committed relationships and who dedicate the time. Passive membership gives the client the opportunity to be selected as a fitting match for a full paying client. If a client selects Passive membership most Terms still agree apart from guaranteed date proposals. We will only guarantee to make minimum 2 proactive matches/date proposals during a Passive membership plus any additional date proposals where the passive member has been selected by a match consultant. 2.11 We will retain the Client’s profile in a passive database where the Client agrees to circulation of their profile at their discretion. 2.12 For Passive membership the Client agrees and understands that they are simply being retained for the purpose of providing full-paying Clients with an additional source of potential matches. We are not actively working for the Client, placing searches for the Client or providing any proactive work for the Client. However, passive membership provides huge opportunities to be seen and selected by genuine and invested people seeking marriage or a life partner. 2.13 The Client agrees to follow the company’s unique and successful matching formula and not insist on all their preferences to be adhered to. Our success comes through our matching expertise and we insist the clients follow our matching formula to help us make a success. This is a matching service and we do not offer Clients a self-selection service. Whilst we will take faith and ethnicity preferences and some other Client preferences into consideration, we do not guarantee all our proposals of matches meet all of our Clients criteria. This service is meant to promote a new approach to dating and we follow our own track record of success using the methods we are convinced will work. We shall relay to clients upon request how and why we have selected a match/date proposal. We will not enter into further discussion once we have relayed our reasoning. 3. Terms and conditions for Club Gorgeous and Gorgeous Networks Matchmaking and other services.
Club Gorgeous
Services are not transferable. You cannot transfer your service to another person. You can not transfer your service to another of our services. OurT&C's are updated occasionally.
With our Club Gorgeous services we only act as facilitators. We are not liable if we cannot secure the introductions you request if mutual agreement cannot be gained. We do not guarantee you any introductions during the length of your members. We only offer members opportunities and try our best to facilitate your chosen introductions. Members can opt to select no more than 2-3 profiles per month to view - 15 for the duration of a six month membership . we can seek to introduce you to all the profiles that you select (Subject to mutual agreement to meet) Guest members only entitles the member to be selected as a potential match for a full CG Client or matchmaking client.
We are bound by the number of members joining our services in each particular age and gender and age category, however we collaborate with over 50 other matchmakers so our network is extensive and if we have agreed to take you on we will always have enough people to propose.
The Club Gorgeous membership is not a highly targeted matchmaking service - hence the considerably lower fee. The membership was introduced to help build our clients network of vetted, filtered profiles that we deem could potentially be a good fit based on the information and preferences we have established from the client and also using the matchmakers expertise. We cannot guarantee that all 'wish list boxes/preferences' are met. However we will ensure that some of the preferences are met and using our expertise that the profile could be a good potential long term partner.
We do not tolerate bad and unacceptable behaviour either to other clients or towards our staff. Memberships will be revoked if we consider your behaviour to be unacceptable. This includes constant badgering to our staff if a client is unhappy or frustrated through no fault of ours. Such as if a client has been turned down or does not see any profiles that appeal to them, as we cannot guarantee mutual agreement to meet and we cannot guarantee that there will be consistently members joining in your preferred demographic that appeal to you. We only act as a facilitator and help bring you romance opportunities for a value for money service. If clients wish to be guaranteed a certain amount of introductions we offer a higher value matchmaking service and we can also refer you to other matchmaking services from our collaborating partners.
We often are able to display profiles who are members from other collaborating agencies. We expect our members to be courteous and pleasant to anyone that we introduce them to. We take complaints very seriously. If you have a complaint about another member you must put it in writing to us at info@gorgeounetworks.uk - we will always investigate and act upon complaints.
We sometimes allow members profiles to stay on our profile list once their membership has terminated. If this agreement is reached between client and GN we can still make introductions if another member requests to see your profile. If you wish your profile to be removed from our members area when you contract expires please put this in writing.
